Cajun Style Chicken Breasts

Melt Margarine in a heavy non-stick skillet

Add Chicken and brown quickly on both sides; remove to a platter

Add Onion and Bell Pepper; cook until soft

Add Juice and seasonings and bring to a simmer

Return Chicken to pan and simmer, uncovered until sauce is thick and chicken is done.
