Chicken/Pork Stuffing Bake

Preheat a 12 inch Dutch Oven.

Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions but add vegetables with seasoning packet.

Combine soup, milk and parsley; set aside.

Brown the meat in the Dutch Oven with a little oil and set meat aside.

Arrange stuffing in a dike across center of the Dutch Oven. Spoon a thin layer of the soup mixture on each side of stuffing dike. Arrange chicken/pork over soup mixture.

Sprinkle with paprika.

Pour remaining soup mixture over meat.

Bake 30 to 40 minutes, at 400° F or until meat is tender with a fork. Use 8 to 10 briquettes under the kettle and 12 to 16 coals on the lid.

In home oven, bake covered in a 9x13 inch baking dish for 15 minutes and uncovered 10 minutes at 400~ F or until meat is fork tender.


Serves 6 people.
