Egg Chili Puff

Preheat a 12 inch Dutch Oven.

Beat eggs until light.

Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.

Add cottage cheese, Jack cheese and melted butter.

Add dry mix to eggs and stir together.

Add chilies.

Pour into greased Dutch Oven.

Bake at 350° F for 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown on the top and the center is firm.

CHARCOAL RECOMMENDATIONS: Use 10 briquettes under the kettle and 12 on the lid.
