Gourmet Chicken

Dredge chicken in flour, dip in egg then dredge in bread crumbs. Fry until brown in a preheated 12 inch Dutch Oven.

Place in a 2nd preheated 12 inch Dutch Oven and bake at 350° F for about 35 to 40 minutes.

Use about 10 to 12 under the kettle and about 12 to 14 briquettes on the lid.

Sauce

In the 1st Dutch Oven, sauté the garlic and onion in the chicken drippings.

Add the Frangelico, Grande Marine and heavy Cream.

Reduce down.

Spoon over chicken when it is served.

Hints: Add a few chopped mushrooms and sauté with other vegetables.
