Hamburger Garden Soup

In a 10" Dutch oven,cook the beef, onion and garlic over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink, then drain it. Do not chop the meat into small pieces - leave it fairly chunky.

Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 30 minutes. Serves 5.
