Pull-Apart Cinnamon Bread

Preheat a 12 inch Dutch Oven.

In the aluminum pan, crowd in the biscuits from 2 cans.

Sprinkle with walnuts, raisins, cinnamon and brown sugar.

Layer the biscuits from the 3rd can over the top and sprinkle with the rest of the walnuts, raisins, cinnamon and brown sugar.

Set the cake pan into the Dutch Oven. Cake pan should be elevated on either 4 small stones or a round cake rake.

Bake for about 15 minutes or until the biscuits are baked in the center and the cinnamon and sugar have caramelized.

CHARCOAL RECOMMENDATIONS: Put about 8 - 9 briquettes on the lid and 8 - 9 under the kettle. Use a total of 16 to 18 briquettes.
