Raspberry Scones

Preheat your Dutch Oven.

Stir together all ingredients just until completely mixed.

Roll out of dough using additional flour to keep from sticking, and using a rolling pin to make a circle the same size as the bottom of your Dutch Oven.

Fold circle in half, lift off table, and place in bottom of the kettle, unfolding and making sure the edges touch the sides of the oven.

Spread jam at least inch thick on top of first circle in oven.

Roll out 2nd of the dough the same as above and place it on top of the jam.

BAKE at 400° F for 20 to 30 minutes.

Cut into diamonds, triangles or rectangles for serving.

These are inexpensive and tasty morsels to serve to very large groups. We use this recipe frequently at demonstrations.
