Rosie's Beef Stroganoff

Brown together meat, onion and spices in a 12" Dutch oven over 25 coals. While the meat is browning, mix together the water, tomato sauce, Worchestershire sauce and sour cream. (The sour cream will not be completely blended and the mixture will have a few lumps.) When the meat and onion are browned, spread the uncooked noodles evenly over the meat and onion. Pour the liquid mixture evenly over the noodles to moisten all noodles well. Cover with lid and cook with 10 briquettes on bottom and 15 on top, for approximately 30-45 minutes.
