Scotch Eggs

Divide the sausage into 12 equal parts

Make patties and wrap around each egg.

Spray a 12 inch preheated DO (350 degrees) and place egg in the oven.

Bake approx. 45 minutes.

Cut one in half to make sure the sausage is thoroughly cooked.

Let cool a little bit. It makes it easier to cut in half.

(FYI--Use disposal gloves to wrap the sausages. It is so much easier.)
