Simple Beef Stew

Lightly flour and brown the meat in a small amount of olive oil in your 12" Dutch oven. Add the onion slices and carrots. Cook until onions are clear. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 2 1/2 hours at 350 degrees (10 briquettes on bottom, 14 on top). Replenish the briquettes as they go to ash.

Serve with fresh hot bread or corn bread.
