Sourdough Pancakes

Combine starter, milk, and all flours. Let set at room temperature overnight.

Next morning add eggs, oil, sugar, and baking soda. Mix well. DO NOT BEAT.

Cook on greased griddle or inverted greased Dutch Oven lid over medium heat. Cook a little longer than regular pancakes.

CHARCOAL RECOMMENDATIONS: Use 10 to 12 briquettes under an inverted Dutch Oven lid.

HINTS: Real Maple Syrup is wonderful on these pancakes.
