Mix the following ingredients together and put in a zip lock bag at home: red pepper, Lowry's Seasoned Salt, chili powder, oregano, minced garlic & back pepper

Chop the onion & green pepper at home and put it in a baggy.

If you are using fresh mushrooms slice and bag at home

Start 30+ briquettes 25 - 30 minutes before cooking is to start.

Start heating 4 cups of water on a stove just before you start cooking meat.

Preheat a 12 inch Dutch Oven.

Pour 3 tablespoons of cooking oil into the bottom of the Dutch Oven.

Add hamburger and baggy of spices from home, cook until hamburger is well done.

Add the following ingredients: tomato sauce, salsa, onion, green chili, mushrooms, hot water & rice.

BAKE: using 12 briquettes under the kettle and 15 on the lid.

Let cook undisturbed for 30 minutes.

Check the rice, if it is not tender, stir well, replace the lid, and cook for another 5 minutes. Repeat this step until the rice is done. You may need to add a few briquettes.

When the rice is done:

Remove all briquettes, stir in the bag of corn, replace the lid and let sit for 5 minutes

Keep covered until ready to serve.
