Vegetable Stuffed Salmon

Cut a pocket into Salmon Fillet. It should extend end to end, and leave 1 inch not cut on either end, and back of fillet.

Combine remaining ingredients , except Chicken Stock, and stuff into pocket.

Place Fillet in Dutch oven and add 1 cup Chicken Stock.

Bake at 350° F for 30 minutes.
